One of the largest 360-degree agencies in Poland, providing services for well-known domestic and foreign brands.

Problem

No system enabling the work of the entire agency is available. Using different systems is cumbersome and time-consuming. The Agency needs a versatile system that can be used by both employed experts and its management.

Objective

Preparation of a versatile system for the entire creative agency, which will enable handling of all work processes.

Course of cooperation:

The owners have presented their problem to us. We have made a detailed analysis of the company's operations and all its processes. Thanks to this, we were able to prepare a system that will facilitate the work of staff on various positions.

We have prepared a detailed specification of the system operation with functional models.

After fine-tuning and accepting the models and specifications we have prepared a graphic design.

The core (back-end) of the system was created at the same time. After the front-end, i.e. coded views, was prepared we combined the system components together.

We have run detailed tests for functionality, performance and security. After their successful completion, we gave the system to the customer for final testing. After its acceptance we launched the final, production version of the system.

All cooperation was carried out in accordance with the SCRUM method. The customer was receiving the system extended with new functions in two weeks intervals. The Agency has been using the system since the start of the first stage. Thanks to this, the employees could smoothly familiarize themselves with the system.

Most important system functions:

The view of individual functions is regulated by an extensive authorization mechanism. The administrator may decide on the functions available to persons on a given position. We exclude any situation in which an employee is granted access to the content restricted to him or her.
