Bizatium company has its roots in Belgium. It deals with financial planning for other entrepreneurs, helps them make the right decisions and supports them at every step of the financial and consulting struggle.
The company was facing a lack of a dedicated system that would facilitate the financial analysis of various enterprises, as well as collecting and archiving them in one place. All questions, surveys and customer data were communicated through various channels.
The goal was to design a financial system in which each Bizantium customer would be able to receive it`s individual, personalized financial plan and furthermore access it 24/7 with a basic possibility of editing it at any time. Additionally, the client could check how the company's revenues and costs would be forecasting in the coming years, after changing one of the crucial values or factors.

Designing functional models which are systematically discussed with the client.
Graphic design of the application. Final customer`s acceptance of the appearance and functions of the new application.
The whole project is coded and combined with the back-end part. It is finished with internal testing.
After eliminating the caught of some rare errors, the application is installed and implemented for commercial use.
Customers can view the statistics of their revenues, costs and sales pipeline together with the prognoses of those components. Additionally, there is a constant overview of the margin and financial liquidity.
